- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders or those scheduled to graduate by February 2026
- Registered persons with disabilities under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities (holders of a welfare card) or those who meet the criteria for disability grades 1–7 under the Act on Honorable Treatment and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State
- No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel or visa issuance *For male applicants, military service must be completed or exempted as of December 31st, 2025

as of September 15th, 2025: TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking, OPIc, or TOEFL *Applicable to all domestic and international student
