  • Conduct global export supply business and establish global partnership

  • Plan and operate global HR systems
  • Support and monitor HR system operations in overseas subsidiaries
  • Analyze global HR data and manage expatriates

  • Plan and operate global onboarding programs
  • Design, develop, and operate educational programs
    for developing global leadership and job competencies
  • Establish plans and develop new programs for enhancing employees' global capabilities

Qualifications

  • Graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher, or expected to graduate before August 2025
    (Applicants with no restrictions on 4 weeks full-time internship during May ~ June)
  • Applicants who have no reason for disqualification for overseas travel or health
    (in case of a man, who has completed or exempted from military service)
  • GPA: No credit restrictions
  • English speaking grades for graduates or expected graduates from universities in English-speaking countries (over 4 years) are not mandatory
    However, preference will be given to those who submit their grades(OPIc, TOEIC Speaking, etc.)
    English grades are only valid for the last two years (April,12, 2023 ~ April,11, 2025)
  • Other second language grades are also given preferential treatment
